I can speak with a Mexican accent, infact they say i sound hispanic most of the time even thought i'm white and can only understand and barely speak spanish. I need to know the correct wording in Spanish for the phrase " Hello may i speak to..." I'm calling a girl, if that makes the difference in the vocabulary.

I live in Mexico in a small town in Chiapas where there are not native speakers,, I am studying ESLT English Secong Language Teaching..but I only listen the pronunciation of my mexican teachers.. as well I try to watch tv in english but they speak so fast.. and as well I have many mistakes in grammar for example what is correct to say the house of mary or mary's house? I would like to find teaching materials like vocabulary and verbs and and other areas to teach online that I can print out to use as handouts.....preferably in Spanish with English translation and pronounciation. I do speak Spanish myself, however, not perfectly, but, enough to be able to communicate with my students. My class will be in a home with only a chalkboard and whatever handouts I can provide. Therefore, I need to make copies of any written material I can find online.....common vocabulary, colors, days of the week, months, courtesies, etc. I have books that I used to teach myself Spanish and plan to utilize them, but, here in Mexico, it is hard to find anything for teaching English as everything is in Spanish. I do not have money to invest in materials or teaching books or programs. Does anyone know of a good website that I can find what I need to start? Thank you for your interest and response.

Do Mexican-Americans and Mexicans have similar accents when they speak Spanish?

Or are their accents different enough that Spanish-speaking people can tell the difference between a Mexican-American and a Mexican national?
And just to clarify, when I say "Mexican-Americans," I'm referring to people who grow up in predominantly Mexican communities in America. I know there are Mexican-Americans who grow up in areas where there are multiple Hispanic ethnicities, like Chicago which also has a lot of Puerto Ricans.

American is a melting pot -you are to melt into our culture. Not force us to become your culture. You are to follow our rules like we would if we went to your country.That means you should apply for citizenship , learn to read, write and speak english like my family did. Why should these mexican get off lightly when we did not. Check the rules of citizenship - they are not simple as to paying a fee.
