recommendation for Ivy League universities. Of course I have the extracurricular activities, and academics to back me up, but out of the people mentioned, which looks best ?

In Spanish class we have to write a 5 paragraph essay on the food and eating customs of a spanish speaking country. I chose Mexico but you dont have to do that. It needs to have an introduction and conclusion, and 3 body paragraphs that include special foods, eating customs, and when breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, and whats eaten for each. I'm in the 8th grade so it doesnt need to be too like smart sounding, but it should be good. THANKS!

Sorry if I phrased that a little strangely. I want to learn how to speak Spanish but the only places I can find that teach Spanish only teach the type that they speak in Spain but it would be more convenient for me to speak the Spanish that Mexicans speak because a lot of immigrants from there have recently moved to my neighborhood. If I learn European Spanish will I be able to talk to the Mexicans in Spanish and understand each other?

my friend asked me and i said mexican. they all laughed and wouldnt tell me the REAL answer (if any). so do they speak mexican? or is it some other language?

if im writing an essay on mexican stereotypes how would i write my first paragraph with a thesis statement? it needs to be at least five sentences long.
