Any books on the mexican league history?
Hello,
I was wondering if there are any books that i can get that talk about the history of the mexican league. Such books with stats and the like. OR other books that talk about the league history itself. Even if it talk about the amateur era and on.
Yes i can read spanish, i just wondered how reliable things are online, i mean anyone can write anything in wikipedia

Well, there’s a few, you just have to look for them in the libraries or anywhere else you can think of. These are a few of them:
La Isla Del Futbol (Written By: Antonio Rosique and Rogelio Roa)
This one is about a Premier League being brought to Mexico, in other words, Mexico trying to make the Primera Division resemble the English Premier League as much as they could. If you watched some Mexican Football shows on T.V, that book was getting lots of promotion.
Que Tienes En La Maleta (Written By: Vinicio Bravo)
There’s some more, but these are some of the most famous ones.
This one ain’t about Mexican Football, but this is the best book I’ve read about football, I really recommend this one to you:
El Miedo Escenico Y Otras Hierbas, this one is written by Jorge Valdano, I’m sure most of us know who he is. Valdano is probably the most philosophical man I’ve known of, when it comes to sports. He says some very good things on it. It’s the most interesting sports book I’ve ever read, I really recommend this one to you. But of course (And I don’t mean anything bad towards you), you have to understand some words you don’t hear every day. This one is in spanish. That one I recommend to anyone. I hope he comes out with more books, it’s very interesting what he writes about, so yeah, this one is real good, even though it’s not about Mexican Football. Really, it’s about football,
