There are many Aztec languages, and there are many Aztec language speaking mexicans.

It’s dead. But some of them still speak the secondary languages that belong to some of the cultures that the Aztecs had absorbed.

That depends. The classical, polished, standard Nahuatl language which was used by the Aztec court and by bigshots in the empire is certainly not spoken by anybody anymore. However, Nahuatl dialects, which are the popular dialects of the same language, are still quite vigorous in many places in Mexico.
You should also note that there are several languages of the same family spoken in the United States such as Comanche and Shoshone.
