Attention getter for my speech on mexican food?

I have to write a speech on mexican food, and i need a good attention getter that has a hint of what food it is but doesnt give the type of food (mexican) away. example for italian food:"Mama Mia! just looking at those red checkered tablecloths makes my mouth drool!" Except i need mexican food.! help please!
