What is the Mexican translation to Murphy's Law?
Rosanna Pulido, Illinois spokesperson for You Don't Speak for Me, a national coalition of American Hispanics who oppose illegal immigration, states, "Actually Elvira Arellano is a testament to the utter failure of the Mexican government. Because of widespread corruption, the government of Mexico has consistently failed to provide economic opportunity to millions of Mexican people and encourages them to violate U.S. immigration laws. The Mexican government could care less about people like Ms. Arellano. What they are really here to protect is the billion a year that the millions of Mexicans living in the U.S. send home to Mexico," Pulido charged.

people speak? Do you notice that the other has a heavy accent?
If they reside in the United States then they most likely speak three languages. English, Spanish and Nahuatl. Most Mexicans don't know that when they speak Spanish they are actually using a lot of vocabulary from the so called Aztec language. As many of you may know. Mexicans are basically a combination of the l Aztec Warrior and the Imperialist Spaniard from Europe. They use a lot of words from the Nahuatl language and dont even realize it. Mexicans speak a hybrid of the Nahuatl language and Spanish. Now three with English haha.
It serves "authentic" Mexican food, but as far as I can tell, it's still tacos and shrimp cocktail, by any other name.
But it's supposed to be a good review (they're paying for it).
Got any ideas? I'm at a loss. I'll take anything to get me started...

My 29-year old sister was basically chewed out by a complete stranger for not knowing how to speak Spanish--right here in America! We are about and 1/8 Mexican and an 1/8 Ecuadorian (with the other 75% being Danish, Dutch, French, Irish, Italian, and Scottish mixed in)--should we also be able to speak those 4 languages--along with the Irish and Scottish accents?

I think Racism is too broad a word because it applies towards whole races ie black, white, asians etc. And I don't like the term xenophobia becase it sounds like a fear of culture. I'm only asking this because I think I was a victim of this. I went into a taco shop at 1 o clock in the afternoon and she told me they were closed which they clearly were not. (she was a non english speaking mexican and I'm an english speaking american)

Thanks to those who help me with this translation.
