  1. Arroz con leche (rice pudding)
elotes (long sugar covered sweet bread with fruity filling)
cuernitos (coiled sweet bread, looks like horns)
conchas (domed sweet bread with a grid pattern of sugar on top)
flan (custard with syrup on the bottom)
pastel de tres leches (cake made with three kinds of milk – whole milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk)
    tamales (sweet tamales with raisins)
    cajeta (Mexican caramel, it’s good!)
churros (long sugared doughnuts with ridges)
chocolate (Mexican chocolate is shaped like a hockey puck and has chocolate and sugar and cinnamon in it)

There are more I’m sure, but I can’t think of them right now.

My least fav – flan (’cause I don’t like custard)
My best fav – pastel de tres leches. Mmmmmmm!!!!!

arroz con leche: white rice with milk, cinnamon and sometimes with raisins

paste de tres leches: cake that has 3 different milks in it, i’ts kind of wet.
pan de dulce: conchas, they look like shells with different colored sugar on top.
