you don’t just ask outa girl
start talking with her, use good conversation starters
be her friend and then after awhile you can ask her out
If you ask her out and try to be her friend it’ll be totally awkward…
you shouldn’t change who you are or be uncomfortable with who you are. If your voice "sounds all proper" [which by saying all in there doesn't really prove your point
] then your voice is like that. you can’t change who you are. and btw, girls like a guy who is gentlemanly, and sounds like that…why do you think American girls swoon over british guys?…think about it 
what’s the girl going to do anyway, bite? she’ll probably be nice about it, but if you’ve never talked to her, don’t just ask her out rite away, that’s bad. first get to know her and build a relationship, then see how things gooo!
