I'm Mexican and don't really notice, but I've always wondered what gives Mexican foods and drinks its..shall I say edge? Is it the spices and herbs? Fresh products? And I am talking about GENUINE, AUTHENTIC Mexican food, not some crappy Del Taco or Taco Bell.
some body told me that its some sort of mexican holliday or some thing. dont get me wrong. i realy like Taco Bell but we are in America. if they want to celebrate a mexican holliday they need to go to Mexico! if they want to speak mexican they need to go to the mexican web sites and leave us american speakers alone!
I'm not talking about Taco Bell, but rather starting my own. It would have the same quality food as a sit-down, but served on plastic plates and to-go boxes instead of normal plates. I'm talking authentic mexican food at a lower price, but with the same high quality and made much faster.
