What do you think about the PRESIDENTE of MEXICO saying that “wherever there is a mexican, there is MEXICO”?
Where do you weigh in on this immigration things? I mean we are talking about mexicans here. There are over 12 million undocumented mexcians in the USA?
Should the be forced to LEAVE??? Or what?

He is a Socialist. One of the reasons Mexico is in such dismal economic shape. They have no control over their borders, have zero control over the drug cartels, and would like all of their unemployed to come to this country. Mexico’s 2nd largest source of revenue is from money sent from the U.S. We are hemorrhaging cash into Mexico.
Actually, there may be as many as 20 million illegals here from Mexico.
That works for everyone. When you are in another country you are American and we identify people by their national origin.
12 million illegal immigrants doesn’t necessarily mean 12 million Mexicans
This is the sole reason NAU needs to be gone with.
The Mexican President and Senate are calling for ethical and humane treatment of its people that already dont want to be in Mexico. If they really cared, why did the immigrants come across the border illegaly if Mexico is such a great country? It’s giving the powers to be in Mexico a way to leech the American system when the monies from illegals is sent back across the border. Just another way for the elitists in Mexico to stay rich.
And they deport known illegal immigrants from their country. Pot calling the kettle black!
Az; (below) you’re right it’s only about 50% that are from mexico. Still a pretty big problem considering the other half make up all other nations.
In a way that’s true. If you think about it, wherever Mexicans frequent, they tend to make things look trashed out and run down just like in Mexico.
He is all about wishful thinking. Eventually, like soon, he will see his Mexicans coming home to roost. Then what will he do? He will need to start feeding them. HAHAHA.
I read that as a cultural statement, not a political statement. What I think he means is that wherever there is a Mexican, a part of Mexican culture follows and that person is viewed as a representative of Mexico. Similar to saying that wherever an American goes, a part of American culture follows and that person is viewed as a representative of America.
And as been said before, there are a lot of illegal immigrants, but not all of them are from Mexico. So we’re not all talking about Mexicans here.
Alrighty then. How about "Wherever there is a Coca-Cola, there is the U.S.A.?
Honestly, you have to regulate the influx of poor uneducated people across the borders. Should we take some? Of course, but it has to be regulated in numbers we can absorb.
We can’t ever boost the standard of living for our poor if there is an unlimited supply pouring in unchecked.
…yet they call Europeans/European-Americans imperialists…
I think "el presidente mejicano" is using more then hot sauce in his tacos. Got to find where "every little Méjico ilegal" is, and droped them in the front lawn of Felipe Calderón
He’s an @ss!
BTW, there are between 20 to 30 million ILLEGAL aliens in this country! The 12 million estimate is 2 years old!
I would have to see the context in which the statement was made, but my guess is that he was saying "Wherever a Mexican is, there you can find a piece of Mexico." In other words, one carries Mexico in his heart no matter where he goes. Try substituting "America" for "Mexico" in his statement and see if it doesn’t make just as much sense. It strikes me as a patriotic declaration, not a claim for territory…
