I am mexican and I have a serious problem when I speak english when I talk with someone I forget the vocabulary and the grammar, please tell me recommendation to speak more fluent and what kind of method you used for speak more fluent. Thank´s

Practice, practice, practice. Find a good non-judgemental friend whose first language is English, if he / she doesn’t speak any Spanish, it’s even better. Once you speak all day in English you stop "thinking" too much. If you are speaking and at the same time concerned about vocabulary and grammar you are monitoring yourself too much, thus having trouble to just express your ideas.
When you speak a foreign language, there are actually several things happening in your head. Let’s break them up:
– vocabulary
– grammar
– pronunciation
First, try to speak English inside your head. Can you speak fluently?
– if you cannot, then practise your vocabulary and grammar.
– if you can, then practise your pronuncation. Find newspaper articles or something from the website. Read them aloud. You must read them aloud and not inside your head.
When you can do that fluently, then start talking to yourself aloud. Imagine you have an American cousin living with you, and chat with him/her. Tell him/her what you did today, and what you’re going to do tomorrow. Tell him/her about the movie you just saw.

You’ll also need to tell yourself to be confident, and that making mistakes in a foreign language is no big deal
