What slang do mexican americans use for mexican immigrants that only speak Spanish?
In a police report, a suspect is described by witnesses as a "pico" or "pica", which the report says means someone that only speaks Spanish. Since I've never heard that, I wonder if you have?
No- pocho and pocha mean the opposite- someone that doesn't speak Spanish.

I just looked them up on ‘urbandictionary’ and they are derogatory terms of Spanish origin, meaning the sexual organs. So, just a nasty name really, with little to do with linguistic skill.

(CAUTION: written by online community, contains mild swearing)
Pica can also be used as a derogatory slang term applying only to the Puerto Rican heritage.
I have never heard the term "pico". it’s probably a regional slang.
I don’t know of any term for Hispanic immigrants that only speak Spanish. But I personally call them brothers or hermanos. They are to be respected and helped.
