They will tell you no, but many are only upset at Mexicans. I also wanted to say that I think you misunderstood my question. I am married to a Mexican man and have nothing against Mexicans legal or not. I just feel that many people think of them as scum and low class because they want to feel superior and wanted to see how many YA answerers would admit to it. The vast majority of illegal immigrants pay taxes.

If a person has a job and not under the table type job they do pay taxes but they are not eligible to benefit from the taxes they paid.

There isn’t a single person (besides the native-Americans) who doesn’t have some immigrant blood in them. We would all be hypocrites to not allow any immigrants the chance at the American dream.

Because illegal immigrants take so much from our system. We have to feed them, clothe them, take care of their health care and welfare and some of them actually get social security benefits. That’s what bothers me about it.
