Its pork (carnitas) and pineapple tacos with salsa taqueria --salsa taqueria is made from arbol chiles and tomatillos. i can get it in cans in florida at mexican markets. It's authentic okay (I've spent lots of time traveling in Mexico). Also an excellent, highly usable authentic Mexican cookbook: "Cocina de la Familia," Marilyn Tausend & Miguel Ravago.
