    All the rest refer to nationalities and groups in a non-emotive manner. C, however, is using "Anglo-Saxon male" not in its neutral historical sense (a man of the no-longer-extant Germanic peoples in Britain prior to the Norman Conquest) but as an appeal to historical roots for a modern social-political stance: White right-thinking English-descended male (as opposed to the "immigrant leftie lesbian" stereotype).

  2. They all have some overtones of bias however sentence A does more stereotypical role play than the others in it’s complex stigmatizing of the Mexican people and their capabilities. You could have said the Mexican doctor referred you to his mechanic who did a wonderful job fixing your car.
